About Us

Jim and Maria Adams are chiropractors that practice what they teach in the office. They choose more natural methods of healthcare such as exercise, outdoor activity and eating healthy foods. In emergencies they offer suggestions of rest, heat or ice packs, supports and gentle stretching for pain. The main theme of their office in Santa Barbara is laughter and staying relaxed to relieve stress. Same day appointments may be possible so please leave a message.
